In This Week’s Box: Celery, Potatoes, Tomatoes and Green Tomatoes, Delicata Squash, Spinach, Collards and Onion
We didn’t know if we would have much of a celery crop this year, it was looking grim for a while, but it pulled through after all. I love how the celery comes on late, just in time for adding to soups and roasts as the weather gets colder. There are a couple of green tomatoes in your boxes this week, you might consider breading and frying them, or, if that isn’t your thing, you can just leave them on the counter to ripen, and use them in another dish.
